“Lockdown has given me a lot of time to reflect on where I am in life right now and what I want to do differently.

I've reflected a lot on living in London, the benefit for me is the people and the social life. With that taken away it's made me question if it's the right place to be, having grown up in the countryside I've been longing for more outside space and to be close to the sea.

The things I've missed the most are my family and friends in Yorkshire, and being able to do things in social settings. For example my yoga class just feels way more rewarding in the studio than in my living room.

On the plus side I've got to know my local community a lot more, the people, the shops, the parks. I've felt really sad thinking about all of those in the community who are less fortunate and it's inspired me to get involved with a charity that works to promote social mobility in the UK, something I have real passion for.”
