“Not being able to access stuff we would otherwise take for granted (e.g. coffee shops, normal high street shops) has made me feel a lot more self-sufficient.

I've been busier than ever with work and it has been a bit of a test of self-discipline. I think the hardest thing was being physically disconnected from friends and family. However, given we're all in the same boat, I've actually managed to speak to friends and family more than before lockdown.

I definitely feel a lot more connected to the local neighbourhood now considering I have only shopped locally and not left Kentish Town over the past few months. I’ve even noticed how people have gotten visibly friendlier.”
