“Covid has been life changing for us all and for a small business just starting out it was unbelievably scary.
We thought it would be an insurmountable challenge but bit by bit we realised how incredible the community is. Many of our customers would say we were the highlight of their day. To be told this regularly would almost bring tears to our eyes.
The challenge for us was that the job became physically and emotionally very difficult. But we were lucky to have each other as business partners and it made us stronger and deepen our motivation more than ever.
Hopefully soon the van will go back to where people meet, chat & laugh. We truly believe this is the time to change, to realise our negative impact on the planet and to create a healthier future for both the environment and us.”
