“Lockdown hasn’t really been that hard for us. My favourite thing is playing with my little brother and we could still do that. We’ve played Hide and Seek, Cops and Robbers, and Roblox.
It was also nice not going to school. Especially over Ramadan when we all got up at 2.30am for Sehri (the meal you have before fasting). It meant we could sleep in till late!
We share a big courtyard with our neighbours which means we could still play with the 2 metre distance rule. We’d have big barbecues with them and we even prayed together on Eid. We do almost everything with our neighbours - they’re our family.”
